Terms of Use
Last updated July 27, 2026
These Terms govern use of llmsmap.me, including directory submissions, audits, generators, API access, and MCP access.
1. Service scope
- The Service provides a public directory, informational audits, context-file generators, educational content, and developer integrations.
- We may review, reject, hide, correct, or remove a submission when needed for quality, safety, or legal compliance.
2. Your responsibilities
- Submit accurate information and only websites or information you are authorized to provide;
- Use valid, publicly accessible URLs and do not attempt to bypass security or rate limits;
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
3. Publication and intellectual property
- You retain rights in your content and grant the Service permission to display submitted public website information in the directory.
- Third-party names, websites, and files remain the responsibility of their respective owners.
4. Audits, generators, API, and MCP
- Audit scores and generated files are informational and may require expert review before production use.
- Developer endpoints are provided without guaranteed availability and may be rate-limited, changed, or suspended to protect the Service.
5. Automated moderation and appeals
- Submissions may be reviewed automatically for file validity, website authenticity, URL consistency, and restricted content.
- Automated review can be incorrect. You may request human review through the Contact page, but publication remains subject to these Terms and applicable law.
6. Disclaimers and limitation
- The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee of listing, ranking, traffic, indexing, or AI citation.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is not liable for third-party content, indirect losses, or decisions made solely from automated audit results.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
7. Suspension and termination
- We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access that threatens the Service, other users, or legal compliance.
- You may stop using the Service at any time and may request removal of an eligible directory listing through the Contact page.
8. Applicable law, changes, and contact
- Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection laws remain unaffected. Other disputes are handled by a court or forum that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.
- We may update these Terms; the current revision date is shown above.
- Questions, rights requests, and moderation appeals can be submitted through the Contact page.
