Consent to Personal Data Processing

This consent applies to information you voluntarily submit through llmsmap.me. It is written for the international edition and is separate from the documents governing llmsmap.ru.
1. Data controller and data subject
- The data controller is the operator of llmsmap.me (the “Service”). Privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
- The data subject is the person submitting a site or contact request (the “User”).
2. Data we process
- Your name and email address;
- Website and public context-file URLs, including llms.txt and llms-full.txt;
- Optional notes or messages you submit;
- Technical information such as IP address, submission time, rate-limit records, and abuse-prevention signals.
3. Purposes of processing
- Reviewing a submission and publishing an approved website in the directory;
- Communicating about moderation, support, and service requests;
- Maintaining service security, reliability, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
4. Consent and other legal bases
- Your consent covers the form data used to review and respond to your request.
- Security, fraud prevention, service operation, and publication of authorized public website information may also rely on legitimate interests, steps requested by you, or legal obligations where permitted by applicable law.
5. Processing, recipients, and transfers
- We may collect, record, organize, use, secure, disclose to necessary service providers, and delete the data described above.
- Infrastructure, email, and automated moderation providers may process limited data in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other safeguards.
6. Retention and withdrawing consent
- You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion through the Contact page.
- Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before the request was received.
- Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service security.
