Privacy Policy

Last updated July 27, 2026

This independently written Privacy Policy explains how the international llmsmap.me service handles form data, public website information, technical logs, and privacy-friendly analytics.

1. Controller and contact

  • The controller is the operator of llmsmap.me. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
  • This policy applies to llmsmap.me. The Russian edition has its own documents for llmsmap.ru.

2. Information we collect

  • Account-free form data: name, email, website URLs, notes, and contact messages;
  • Public website data used for directory listings and AI-readiness audits;
  • Technical logs required for security, rate limiting, diagnostics, and aggregate usage statistics, which may include IP address, user agent, time, requested URL, and response status.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Consent: to process voluntary form data and send moderation or support messages;
  • Requested service and legitimate interests: to moderate submissions, publish authorized public website information, operate audits and integrations, secure the Service, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage;
  • Legal obligations: to keep or disclose limited information when applicable law requires it.

4. Public directory information and automated review

  • Approved directory entries may publicly display the website name, website URL, context-file URLs, token counts, and audit results.
  • Email addresses, submitter names, status tokens, and private contact messages are not included in public listings.
  • Submissions may be assessed by automated moderation. A rejected submission can be referred for human review through the Contact page.

5. Privacy-friendly analytics

  • The Service uses a self-hosted Umami installation for aggregate audience measurement. The standard tracker does not set cookies, use cross-site tracking, or intentionally collect names or email addresses.
  • Umami may process page URL, referrer, browser language, screen size, device and browser information, and an IP/user-agent-derived rotating session hash. We do not use Umami identify or session-profile features for visitors.
  • The installable web app uses a service worker and browser cache only to deliver navigation fallbacks and static interface files. This functional storage is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking and can be removed through browser site-data controls.
  • Because the current analytics configuration does not store cookies or similar identifiers on the visitor’s device and the PWA cache is strictly functional, the Service does not show a cookie-consent banner. This will be reviewed before any analytics, advertising, embedded-media, or personalization technology is added.

6. Sharing and international transfers

  • We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, security, or moderation providers only as needed to operate the Service, or disclosed when required by law.
  • Providers may operate in other countries. Where required, transfers are made under an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguard, consent, or another lawful mechanism.

7. Security and retention

  • We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
  • Submission, contact, security, and analytics records are kept only while reasonably needed for their purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service protection, and are periodically reviewed.

8. Your privacy rights

  • Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of your data; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent.
  • Residents of jurisdictions with additional rights may also opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information. The Service does not currently sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising.
  • Requests may require reasonable verification to protect the affected person and website owner.
  • You may complain to the data-protection authority that is competent in your country or region.

9. Children and policy changes

  • The Service is intended for website owners and professionals and is not directed to children.
  • Material changes will be reflected by a new revision date. If a change requires consent, the affected processing will not begin until that consent is obtained.
