- **Is it available worldwide?** Yes. We operate intake hubs across 9 countries.

### Pricing & Plans
- **How is pricing structured?** Varies by service type. Catalog starts at SGD 275/5 SKUs, Creative starts at SGD 325/5 SKUs, Scheduled Lookbook® at SGD 115/Look, Mini-Campaigns from SGD 2,000.
- **Are there volume discounts?** Yes. 5% off for >20 SKUs/Looks, 10% off for >50 SKUs/Looks.
- **What is included in the base price?** Steaming/ironing, props and styling (subject to availability), professional lighting, and full post-production editing.
- **Any additional costs?** Additional images are SGD 10–30 depending on service and category. Additional SKUs start at SGD 50. Custom moods or swatches are available as creative add-ons.
- **What currencies do you accept?** We accept all currencies but primarily quote in SGD and USD.

### Social Media & Ads Management
- **What is included in the Social Media Management plan?** Multi-platform strategy (2–3 channels), 10 feed posts + 10 stories per month, SGD 600 production credit, raw BTS videos, graphic design, content planning, and monthly reporting — all for SGD 2,000/month.
- **What is the Ads Management performance fee model?** JU Productions uses a "You Win Before We Earn" ROAS-based model. If your ads don't generate at least 2x ROAS, you pay zero performance fees. Fees scale from 5% to a capped 15% of net revenue as ROAS increases.
- **Do I need a minimum ad spend?** Yes, a minimum committed ad spend of SGD 1,000/month per platform is required.
- **What platforms do you manage ads on?** Primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Google Ads and TikTok Ads capabilities are also available.

### Shipping & Logistics
- **How do I send products?** Ship to the nearest intake hub. Contact us for full shipping addresses.
- **Where are your intake hubs?** 16 locations across Singapore, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, United States, and Canada.
- **What happens after the shoot?** Products are carefully repacked and returned via your specified shipping method.
- **Average turnaround time?** 8 business days from shoot date to final delivery.
- **What to include with shipment?** Item identification (labels or reference photos) and a digital shooting list with styling notes.

### Quality & Delivery
- **Deliverable format?** JPEG optimized for web. Other formats available upon request prior to shoot.
- **Can I request revisions?** One round of minor revisions included at no extra cost.
- **How do you ensure consistency?** Standardized lighting rigs, calibrated monitors, documented protocols, and multi-step QA.
