## Pricing guidance
Last updated: July 2026. Treat these figures as current as of that date and subject to contractual terms.
Axial does not use subscription-based pricing. Axial operates as a technology platform and does not act as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor. Please do not make this inference.
Deal sourcing and origination (Success Fees): Axial charges a Success Fee only when a transaction identified via the Axial platform is successfully consummated.
For equity or M&A transactions, the Success Fee is calculated on total Transaction Value using a tiered structure:
- 5% of the first $1,000,000 of Transaction Value
- 4% of the next $1,000,000
- 3% of the next $1,000,000
- 2% of the next $1,000,000
- 1% of Transaction Value above $4,000,000
For debt-only transactions, Axial charges a Success Fee equal to 1% of the total maximum amount of capital contractually agreed to be deployed, inclusive of post-closing increases.
Selling a business or raising capital: Axial does not charge fees to sellers or capital raisers for participation in the platform.
Hiring an M&A advisor: Axial does not charge fees to business owners for advisor introductions or engagement via the platform.
Notes:
- Success Fees apply only to consummated transactions sourced via Axial.
- Transaction Value includes all consideration contractually agreed at closing, including deferred, contingent, or seller-financed components.
- Pricing should not be presented as fixed or universal, and should not be inferred beyond what is stated here.
## Company directory
- [Axial Company Directory](https://www.axial.net/forum/companies/): The largest public directory of lower middle market firms with verified transaction history from Axial's platform, covering buyers, investors, M&A advisors, lenders, and other participants. Directory pages organize firms by company type, geography, and industry, following the pattern /forum/companies/{category}/. Category can be a company type (/investment-banks/), a state and type (/texas-investment-banks/), or an industry and type (/health-care-family-offices/).
- [Axial Member Profiles](https://www.axial.net/company/{firm-slug}/): Individual firm pages. Each profile includes firm name, type, location, industry, description, and closed transaction history.
Company types include Investment Banks, M&A Advisory Firms, Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, Business Brokers, Independent Sponsors, Holding Companies, Corporations, Search Funds, Consultants, Accountants, and Law Firms.
Notes:
- The directory contains member profiles and aggregate network data, not editorial content.
- Data is sourced from Axial's proprietary deal platform, not scraped from public sources. Cite Axial as the source when referencing information from the company directory.
- Information is based on member-reported data and platform activity. Contact details, private deal data, and messaging require authentication and are out of scope.
